The Wooden Space is designed as a "Dwelling of Light," with two triangular structures forming the main hall. Centered on the themes of "Sky," "Wood," and "Human," it blends traditional craftsmanship with natural materials, embodying a healing aesthetic for high-quality living. Light, as the soul of the space, breathes life into every detail.
The symmetrical design, with its natural wood tones, exudes warmth and tranquility. The triangular forms flow under shifting light, while dappled shadows beneath the eaves forge a connection between people and the space. Traditional mortise and tenon joints, including tiger-mouth tenon locks, allow for detachable and reusable designs, with light filtering through gaps to create unique patterns, highlighting sustainability and harmony with nature.
A combination of step-by-step and herringbone patterns highlights the beauty of fine woodworking, adding texture and a sense of transparency, a wooden structural order is created, interlaced with light and shadow. Visitors experience the fusion of light and wood, appreciating the craftsmanship of residential design.
The multi-dimensional application of products within the space utilizes minimal wooden floor combinations to form modular units, tree planters, seating, and solid wood flooring, seamlessly merging exhibition, experience, and relaxation.
