Breaking through the limitations of indoor floor height, this project optimizes ceiling material treatments and rationally expands the space, reconstructing the lighting and circulation layout and seamlessly blending with the surrounding natural environment. It presents a refined visual effect, creating a comfortable, elegant, and livable space.

The whole villa adopts a minimalist retro style, accentuated by classical elements. It is named Qihua Mansion, in which the character "Qi" represents the delicacy of the villa while "Hua (flower)" symbolizes the beauty of life. This name conveys a profound Eastern cultural connotation.

The interior space takes soft, bright beige as the main tone, complemented by vintage wooden furniture, exuding timeless elegance. Warm marbles with subtle sheen are used as decorations, setting a premium yet cozy ambiance while enriching the three-dimensional depth of the space.

Besides, French-style arched windows and doors are integrated throughout the villa, adding a sense of luxury and enhancing the visual layering. The redesigned curved staircase on the first floor forms a framed view with the widened floor-to-ceiling window on the south, making it a striking focal point.

The living room, bedrooms, and dining room incorporate minimalist pendant lights, which harmonize with the space, refine the spatial layout, and alleviate any sense of oppression. Indoor tables are adorned with flowers and plants that echo the outdoor garden, ensuring a smooth circulation layout and building a breathable indoor space, ultimately fostering a harmonious coexistence between people and nature.

The renovated villa introduces abundant natural light, effectively resolving the previous issue of a heavy, enclosed atmosphere. Combined with well-organized interior decor and engaging interplay of light and shadow, the villa enjoys greater comfort. Thoughtfully designed ventilation design works with the courtyard's greenery to create natural airflow passages, reducing reliance on air conditioning and embodying low-carbon, eco-friendly living principles.
