This project redefines residential living by creating a holistic environment where art, nature, and human connection are woven into the fabric of daily life. Designed primarily for young families, the development moves beyond mere accommodation to become a vibrant community hub, fostering a lifestyle rooted in aesthetic appreciation and shared experience.
Inspired by the human-centric and biophilic principles of WOHA architects, the design prioritizes openness and fluidity. Upon entry, residents are greeted not by a formal counter, but by a voluminous 6-meter-high lobby that dissolves into a direct, unobstructed view of the central courtyard. This intentional move creates a welcoming, pressure-free atmosphere, immediately connecting the interior with the lush landscape at the heart of the project. The architecture favors soft curves and organic forms over hard angles, crafting spaces that feel both sophisticated and gentle. Expansive glazing, with windows reaching up to 3.3 meters, bathes the interiors in natural light, further blurring the line between inside and out.
The common areas are curated to nurture community. A dedicated "Art Corridor" functions as a gallery, integrating commissioned artworks into residents' daily path. A spacious "Living Kitchen" and communal dining areas encourage social interaction, transforming cooking and eating into shared activities. For younger residents, a whimsical library, developed in collaboration with leading booksellers, features award-winning international titles and dynamic, playful design.
Ultimately, this project is an ecosystem for modern living. It is a place where chance encounters in a gallery, shared meals in a sunlit kitchen, and quiet moments in a green courtyard build lasting bonds. It successfully proves that thoughtful, art-forward design can elevate a residential building into a true community.
