This project is a single-story residential design for an elderly couple, with an indoor area of approximately 115 square meters.

The layout and circulation are thoughtfully arranged, with an American-style aesthetic connecting the entire home's spatial ambiance, creating a warm and cozy retreat for a family of three. The entranceway shoe cabinet features perforated louvered wooden doors, greeted by elegant blue-green floral tiles on the floor, maintaining transparency while serving as a transition to the living area's ultra-durable light wood-grain flooring. The TV wall is constructed with large-scale light-colored stone-textured wood panels and laminate, with a metal frame on the right side creating a display space. This complements the classical moldings on the sofa back wall, infusing the space with a sense of lifestyle, while also adding a sense of stability and quality to the visual layers.

Glass sliding doors connect the kitchen area with the public space, defining the space without obstructing the flow of light. The kitchen is dominated by warm gray tones, enhancing the overall bright impression. Whether it's the linear kitchen cabinets or the Osaka-style brick flooring, both aesthetics and functionality are prioritized. The dining area uses wooden grilles to conceal storage space, with two pendant lights creating an inviting focal point upon entering, making it a warm and cozy corner of the home.

The private areas continue the soft tone, precisely breaking down the constraints of the master bedroom space and overcoming the disadvantage of beams and columns running through it. The unusable upper windows are converted into closed cabinets and reading surfaces. Ceiling lights, bedside wall lamps, and desk lamps not only illuminate the space but also create a seamless visual experience. The secondary bedroom removes the raised floor, adopting a fully leveled design throughout the room. Bright yellow walls add a lively touch, reflecting the lively atmosphere of children's daily life.
