Poetic Dwelling: A Sustainable Low-Density Retreat with Oriental Charm
Greentown Yilu settles in a land where technology and poetry converge, taking Oriental charm as its soul and crafting a new model of low-density living. Within limited space, we reconstruct spatial narratives through three-dimensional scrolls and immersive scenes. A garden path flows like moving clouds and flowing water, dissolving physical boundaries as it winds. From the three-dimensional long scroll under the gate and corridor, to the spacious realm of the community lobby, and then to the tranquil world of the tea room, indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly. Within a small area, one can enjoy the vastness of heaven and earth, and the changing seasons unfold with each step. The reception area features ultra-wide glass, enabling unobstructed penetration between indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring ample natural lighting and reducing energy consumption. The folded doors of the elevated floor book bar flexibly adjust natural ventilation, lowering air conditioning usage. The floating tea room is surrounded by greenery, with eco-friendly materials and a circular layout, serving as both a perfect viewing spot and a scenic focus. Greentown FLOWS VILLA SHANGHAI integrates Oriental wisdom, garden craftsmanship, and the concept of sustainable development.
The Floating Exquisite Treasure Box: Oriental Artistry Empowered by Technology
The main entrance uses jade to carve a metaphor of heaven and earth, showcasing the restrained beauty of the East. Three groups of crystal-clear jade structures, with the middle one towering high and the ones on both sides gradually lowering, embody both order and ritual. The detailed horizontal weaving of the jade, with its layered outline faintly visible, resembles the framework of a lantern or an Oriental curtain. The ceiling of the gray space at the entrance, with successive layers like an opening treasure box, pours out warm light, creating a dreamlike visual effect. The base is made of Kuban gray stone, whose horizontal natural textures outline the poetic picture of misty rain in the Jiangnan region, forming an interesting contrast with the floating jade structures above, creating an ethereal Oriental artistic conception.
