Borrowing the language of surf, forest and ravine, the design layers drama into serenity; every zone is anchored by the motifs of “Wave, Sea, River, Sail.”

A single spine—The Axis—stitches six signature scenes:

? Commercial Gateway “Gazing Tide”: cascading water declares the ocean’s breadth.
? “Into the Sea”: undulating light-sculpted walls beckon like mysterious swells.
? Arrival Court “Setting Sail”: a grand mirror of water frames a sunken courtyard, a horizon distilled.
? Heartland “Exploring the Deep”: woodland groves, rivulets and a green gorge with a waterfall invite discovery.
? Lounge “Watching Swells”: tree-pools rise like a thousand becalmed sails.
? Office Forecourt “Breaking Waves”: sculpture and stepped water embody integrity, the mirrored sky painting itself on every ripple.
