At the heart of the Bolney Wine Centre rejuvenation stands its enchanting shop, meticulously curated to showcase Bolney's distinguished wines alongside a thoughtfully selected array of drinks and preserves sourced directly from the estate's own gardens. Spanning across 433 square meters, visitors can explore Bolney's diverse offerings and learn about the winemaking process in an environment inspired by the winery's traditional roots.

The design of the space extends to a warm and inviting caf茅, seamlessly blending Bolney's rich history with modern aesthetics. Here, patrons can indulge in a menu artfully crafted to complement Bolney's wines, all while enjoying the ambiance of the vineyard's heritage. Oversized light rings elegantly pay homage to the wine barrels, adding a touch of whimsy and sophistication to the space.
