The project relies the advantage of Lingnan Culture, International Innovation City, and Huagong International campus to create a technological and culture highland that the suitable for business, living, creation, and tourism, injecting new vitality, continuing the culture heritage and common memory of Guangzhou Luobian, and composing a prelude to urban humanistic poetry. With the softness and texture of leather, the hardness and coldness of stone, and the warmth and delicacy of textiles, the collocation of multiple textures not only enhances the texture and aesthetics of the space, but also conveys the designer's deep concern for the quality of life of the occupants in the details. The design seeks to build a harmonious coexistence between the city and nature from a spatial perspective, taking into full consideration of the natural environment and humanistic features, and translating the city's humanistic heritage of rigidity and flexibility with artistic elegance and extravagance, guiding people to pay attention to their inner needs, and pursuing the most essential and pure existence of life. The architectural model ornaments and rich architectural books, exquisite or grandiose, as if a miniature cityscape, show the master's love and attainments for architecture.
