Xinji and Laoji villages in Turtle Mountain are located in Dongyang Town, Anyi County. The outdoor public spaces in rural areas lack proper planning, with a significant amount of unused land and poor maintenance, resulting in a slow development of supporting facilities. Consequently, villagers tend to build their own structures, posing certain safety risks and impacting the overall village aesthetics. The roads within the village are severely damaged, and there are issues such as landslides and exposed soil.
Our objective is to create a new model rural area that integrates industrial revitalization, cultural rejuvenation, ecological restoration, and tourism development. Rural revitalization relies on the existing fabric of the village, revitalizing its vitality through reshaping and updating spatial forms, fostering a symbiotic relationship between people, nature, fields, culture, and memories. Additionally, we will incorporate the local sentiment of "Liu Yin's Hometown" by establishing a "Red Cultural Vitality Circle" centered around public squares, the Liu Yin Memorial Hall, scenic tea houses, party building centers, and camping activity areas. We liken the meticulous design of new buildings to panoramic visual corridors, emphasizing simplicity and substance within the rural space.
