The owner and his wife like to invite friends to get together, especially tasting whiskey and chatting together. Wife are more fond of sports such as golf and yoga. In order to cater to the retirement life of the two, the designer took lots of thought to renovate the party space, storage space and leisure living space to create an ideal retirement home for the two.
The whole house is lined with light wood mixed with warm gray, and the furniture uses simple lines with multiple layers, and different materials make different contrasts, making the space more layered.
The key point is that the cement wall of the living room is decorated with metal strips. There is a special whiskey collection cabinet in the dining room, which makes it convenient for the husband to greet friends at any time. The original study room was converted into a large leisure room with floor-to-ceiling glass, which is convenient for the wife to practice yoga. At the same time, touch-free sensor lights are installed in the whole house, which provides the highest convenience for two quasi-retirees.
