The HSC360 blender truck is a high-performance solution designed for deep-well fracturing and acidizing operations in shale gas and tight oilfields. It overcomes the limitations of traditional blender trucks, such as rigid design, modular assembly, functional fragmentation, disorganized piping, low automation, and poor ergonomics. Through systematic industrial design innovation, this equipment achieves comprehensive optimization in structure, operation, and aesthetics to meet high-precision operational demands in complex working conditions.
Developed in close collaboration with engineers, the design emphasizes compact yet functional layouts, refined component selection, and modular zoning for operation, functionality, and maintenance. Protective panels are strategically placed to create tool storage spaces, enhancing operational efficiency. The chassis is engineered to withstand harsh oilfield terrains while maintaining stability. Industrial design principles, product aesthetics, and Kansei engineering were applied to redefine the blender truck’s visual identity, resulting in a modern, robust appearance.
Breaking away from conventional enclosed designs, the HSC360 adopts a semi-open body structure that balances protection and accessibility. A bold red-and-black color scheme enhances visibility and reinforces a strong, professional image.
Piping was meticulously optimized using digital simulation and BIM technology, ensuring organized routing with clear directional labeling for easy maintenance. All pipelines are securely fastened, with parallel alignment and consistent spacing for a clean, professional look.
The system integrates cutting-edge automation technology for precise control, supporting remote and local operation of sand density, chemical additives, auger speed, liquid levels, discharge rates, and engine safety. The dual-screw sand feeder features a split design for independent operation, along with a slide-lift mechanism and reversible rotation to prevent clogging and ensure continuous operation.
An innovative nested mixing tank design guarantees uniform blending, while a pneumatic butterfly valve at the base allows for efficient residue drainage. The control room layout was ergonomically optimized, featuring a stainless-steel guardrail that combines safety with industrial aesthetics. High-visibility warning labels enhance on-site safety while maintaining visual coherence with the overall design.
